 Chris welcomes to the show Bill and Beth Russell, co-owners of SERVPRO of the Upper Cape Cod and The Islands.  They discuss the types of services they offer, including fire/flood damage restoration. Their business also includes mold restoration, bio-hazard clean-ups, residential clean outs as well as other cleaning services. Beth explains the company's philosophy of understanding the stress and sensitivity that their clients experience with a loss of this type, instilling that " knowing that their home is going to be okay" is very important to them. They share with us the various organizations they are involved in as well as earning the 2017 Business of the Year Award from the Cape Cod Chamber Of Commerce. In the second hour, Chris welcomes Lisa M. Laine from the AMR office to discuss his trip to the Morningstar 29th Annual Conference in Chicago.
