Veterans Day with Cape & Islands Veterans Outreach Center

As Veterans Day approaches, we are happy to be joined by the Cape and Islands Veterans Outreach Center’s Treasurer, Bill Blaisdell, and Outreach & Programs Manager, Barbara-Anne Foley. They join us to discuss the services they offer to Veterans on Cape Cod through expanding programs like their food pantry, housing services, counseling and case management services, and transportation services for Veterans and their families.

Barbara and Bill express their openness in accepting and ease of qualifications in helping US Veterans from all over in any way they can through their services mentioned. They talk about the importance of supporting Veterans through their partnerships and services. They promote their Veterans Day program, sponsored jointly with the town of Barnstable, will be held on the second floor of the Barnstable Townhall at 10:30 AM on Veterans Day preceded at 9:30 by a memorial service on the green just outside of town hall. The general public is encouraged to attend both events. There is no fee to attend and refreshments will be available.
